Return & Refund Policy – Aroha

At Aroha, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 2 DAYS of receiving your order.

3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 days

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at Aroha.support@gmail.com within the return window.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at Aroha.support@gmail.com within 2 DAYS with clear photos and your order details. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or print-on-demand products

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Aroha will cover the return shipping.
